Our yoga hikes are a great way to change up your yoga routine.  The hikes are generally an hour to two hours in length plus one hour of yoga.  They are a great way to start off your weekend.

Location Details:

Wunderlich Park, is located off of Woodside Road just west of highway 280.  A hillside area of redwood forest, open meadows, and beautiful oaks and madrones, this area is the perfect setting for an outdoor yoga adventure.  The hike is somewhat strenuous on the way up so bring your hiking shoes.  The entire trip lasts approximately 3 hours.  The hiking trails are shaded by the redwood trees but there is sunshine in the meadow so a hat and sunscreen is advised.
